Food
We will be providing cooking facilities
- Any snacks or main meals you need– we are hoping to provide items for breakfast and some snacks. Please see the whats app group for the food and milk polls
- A vegetable or legumes for communal soup. For Saturday lunch we will be making a big vat of soup for everyone. We are asking everyone to bring a vegetable to put on the pot. We’ll provide the bread rolls
- Soft drinks – we will provide teas, coffee and some juices – drinking water is provided onsite
Please remember this is a sober event and there is a no alcohol or drugs policy throughout the weekend for everyone’s safety
Equipment
- Tent or somewhere to stay – Very important – please use whats app to arrange this and any transport you require
- Sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, sleeping mat
- Plenty of clothes for all weathers (heat, cold and wet cos its Britain and we can have 4 seasons in one day)
- Sun hat/woolly hat
- Waterproof coat and footwear
- Knife, fork, spoon, mug and plate
- A couple of Water bottles – fresh drinking water provided on site
- Torch and batteries
- Wash kit and travel towel (shower gel/shampoo is provided at the showers on site )
- Personal toiletries and medications
- Small first aid kit
- Sunscreen, insect repellent, lip salve and ear plugs (all optional);
- Two or three bin bags for waste – please note the campsite does not provide refuse facilities and we will need to take rubbish when we leave
